At MAUVAIS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium apparel. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all MAUVAIS garment tags and labels remain intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then drop off the package at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
